Kora is a happy, bouncy, 7 month old, 30 lb. standard girl who loves to play and is a typical overgrown puppy! She loves her people and she loves racing around and wrestling with other dogs! Kora is still a puppy working on learning her boundaries with other dogs. She does best with an even keeled, playful male dog, but has run and played indiscriminately with many dogs who are patient with her intermittent puppy hyperactivity. She does have an off switch and will hang out quietly while her person is working. She absolutely loves stuffed animals and frequently carries one of her babies around in her mouth or into her crate with her.
Kora would do best in a home where someone is home most of the day or she can go to work with them as she thoroughly enjoys that! She is used to go to work with her foster mom and has finally mastered loading up in the truck for the drive every morning! She's a smart girl who does well with small, consistent lessons, so needs an adopter committed to continuing training work with her along with regular socialization. She has already mastered several verbal and hand commands and has excellent recall. If foster mom is late for dinner, Kora will ever so slightly give her a little reminder by carrying her bowl around in her mouth.
She is housebroken, but needs a consistent routine and structure to keep on track. She's still a puppy that loves to chew on things, so needs to be crated when left alone and of course given lots of appropriate chewing toys to preoccupy her. She is spayed, UTD on vaccinations, microchipped, and on flea and Heartworm prevention.
